Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain health standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using specialized equipment for carpet cleaning or floor polishing. Manage outdoor work tasks including outdoor cleaning, trash removal, and light gardening as needed. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients or residents to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly. Strong manual handling skills with the physical stamina required for heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
