Full-Time Position Summary The Curator is responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, organization, restocking, and overall presentation and readiness of Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center and Zannis Plastic Surgery Center. This is a dedicated facilities-support role focused on maintaining both locations to established cleanliness, safety, organization, and presentation standards throughout the day. The Curator is expected to continuously monitor assigned areas, proactively correct cleanliness or stocking deficiencies before they affect operations, maintain laundry and linen flow, complete scheduled deep-cleaning responsibilities, and communicate maintenance or supply concerns promptly.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Facility Cleanliness & Presentation

• Maintain all assigned areas of Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center and Zannis Plastic Surgery Center in a consistently clean, orderly, sanitary, and professional condition.
• Continuously monitor facility conditions throughout the shift rather than waiting for an area to become noticeably dirty or disorganized.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe, sanitize, disinfect, and detail designated areas according to established procedures.
• Keep floors, furniture, counters, glass, doors, fixtures, décor, entryways, hallways, and common areas clean and presentation-ready.
• Remove trash and recycling before receptacles become full and maintain clean waste-disposal areas.
• Maintain clean and organized staff areas, breakrooms, kitchens, restrooms, storage spaces, and housekeeping areas. Spa Guest-Area Readiness
• Maintain spa lounges so furniture is straightened, tables and counters are clean, floors are free of debris, glass is fingerprint-free, décor is properly arranged, and used dishes are removed promptly.
• Keep beverage and refreshment stations clean and stocked with designated supplies, including fresh water and ice, tea, coffee, trail mix, cups, and related amenities.
• Maintain locker rooms and changing rooms, including benches, lockers, mirrors, floors, hampers, showers, and vanity areas.
• Restock robes, towels, slippers, Head Spa wraps, shower amenities, brushes, toiletries, and other designated spa amenities.
• Maintain spa restrooms with sanitized toilets, clean sinks, mirrors and counters, stocked soap and paper products, disinfected high-touch surfaces, and clean floors.
• Maintain the atrium, entrances, hallways, lounges, and other common areas to Rinnova's established luxury presentation standards. Zannis Plastic Surgery Facility Support
• Clean and maintain designated Zannis Plastic Surgery areas according to the established facility cleaning schedule and protocols.
• Clean, and sanitize designated exam rooms, consultation rooms, procedure-support areas, recovery areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, staff areas, and common spaces as assigned.
• Restock designated facility, restroom, housekeeping, and room supplies as directed.
• Follow applicable sanitation and infection-control procedures when cleaning clinical or patient-care environments.
• Ensure assigned Zannis areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations. Spa Laundry & Linen Management
• Maintain laundry continuously throughout the shift to prevent interruptions to spa or facility operations.
• Wash, dry, sort, fold, organize, and restock towels, linens, robes, blankets, Head Spa items, and other reusable supplies.
• Empty laundry hampers before they overflow and keep dirty laundry appropriately sorted.
• Maintain established linen inventory levels and restock designated areas promptly.
• Keep the laundry room and linen-storage areas clean, organized, and operational.
• Clean lint traps and routinely inspect laundry equipment and surrounding areas for cleanliness or maintenance concerns. Spa Restocking, Supplies & Inventory Support
• Restock toiletries, paper products, beverages, guest amenities, cleaning products, housekeeping supplies, linens, and other designated facility supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels for cleaning, housekeeping, linen, restroom, beverage, and facility supplies.
• Report low inventory before shortages affect facility operations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, rotating, and storing facility and housekeeping supplies as directed.
• Keep supply closets, linen shelving, housekeeping storage, and back-of-house areas organized and properly stocked. Spa Daily Deep-Cleaning Rotation
• Complete 1-2 designated deep-cleaning projects each shift based on workload and facility needs.
• Ensure every item on the established deep-cleaning rotation is completed at least once every two weeks.
• Document or initial completed deep-cleaning projects according to the Daily Spa Curator Accountability Checklist. Safety, Maintenance & Facility Reporting
• Immediately address spills, debris, or other conditions that could create a safety concern.
• Inspect assigned areas for leaks, burnt bulbs, damage, loose hardware, plumbing concerns, equipment issues, or other maintenance needs.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly to management.
• Report supply needs and recurring facility issues clearly and in a timely manner.
• Follow all established safety, sanitation, cleaning-product, and infection-control procedures. Daily Accountability Expectations
• Complete the Daily Spa Curator Accountability Checklist for every Curator shift.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, stocking, and facility readiness continuously throughout the shift; checklist completion does not replace active monitoring.
• Complete and document the required daily deep-cleaning projects.
• Document maintenance concerns and supply needs for management.
• Complete all assigned Rinnova Spa and Zannis Plastic Surgery cleaning responsibilities within the required schedule.
• Certify completion of assigned responsibilities at the end of each shift according to the established submission process. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, spa, medical office, healthcare cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness, stocking, and presentation needs proactively.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities across two facilities, and follow established cleaning schedules and accountability checklists.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in spa, wellness, and clinical healthcare environments. Physical & Scheduling Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning and restocking tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working with standard housekeeping and sanitation products and equipment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special-event schedules as needed. Success in This Role
• Rinnova Spa and assigned Zannis Plastic Surgery areas consistently meet cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation standards.
• Daily accountability checklists and scheduled cleaning responsibilities are completed consistently.
• Laundry, linens, amenities, and facility supplies remain available without preventable shortages.
• Deep-cleaning rotation is completed thoroughly and on schedule.
• Facility deficiencies, maintenance needs, safety hazards, and low inventory are identified and communicated promptly.
• The Curator demonstrates consistent reliability, attention to detail, initiative, and ownership of facility readiness.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
