• How it works
• Flat pay per job. A standard 3-bedroom clean pays
• $98•and usually takes under 3 hours.

Deep cleans pay $155, move-outs $197.

• Paid the next business day
• by direct deposit. Tips are 100% yours.
• Jobs are offered by text. Take the ones that fit your schedule — no minimums, no set shifts.
• Recurring clients are yours: same homes, same people, every two weeks.
• $25 bonus whenever a customer rates your clean 5 out of 5.
• Getting in first means first pick of the recurring routes as we grow.
• You bring
• Real residential cleaning experience (professional, or serious personal — there's a paid trial clean)
• Your own supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, the products you trust)
• A reliable car and a smartphone
• Weekday-morning availability most weeks
• Pride in details. Every job gets photographed and checked. This is independent contractor work (1099). You'll need a basic general liability policy (about $40/month — we'll point you to options) and you're free to work for anyone else, including competitors.
