Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies; previous experience with commercial or custodial cleaning is a plus. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if required.
