Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of Hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following health and safety standards to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens efficiently Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, carpets, floors, and upholstery effectively Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper techniques to ensure safety Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas associated with hotel when required, including patios or entryways Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy Experience Proven experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and steamers Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and sanitation products along with proper application techniques Experience in floor care including carpet cleaning methods Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless Hotel rooms!
