Job Description

Housekeeper - 1st shift We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a well-kept space, follows established procedures, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, bathrooms, common areas, and other facilities as needed. Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, and restocking supplies. Follow cleaning schedules, safety guidelines, and infection prevention procedures. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate team member. Use cleaning products and equipment properly and in accordance with training and instructions. Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful approach when interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers. Support a clean and organized environment that promotes comfort and well-being. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. Basic communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work every other weekend during first shift hours.
