Ready Maid NC is a family-owned cleaning company based in Wilson, NC. We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Wilson and surrounding areas. Our team takes pride in delivering reliable, detailed cleaning that helps our clients enjoy cleaner, healthier spaces. We are currently looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout homes and businesses Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Detail surfaces such as baseboards, fixtures, appliances, and mirrors Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures Maintain professionalism and respect when working in clients' homes Qualifications Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate Work Schedule Typical cleaning hours are between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be available depending on scheduling needs.
