Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching. Care for lawns through mowing, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure healthy growth. Manage planting operations, including planting seeds and nurturing young plants. Utilize power tools, mowers, and hand tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks. Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to maintain optimal soil moisture levels. Conduct regular inspections of gardens and landscapes to identify issues or areas needing attention. Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping duties are completed efficiently. Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Knowledge of lawn care best practices for healthy turf management. Experience in growing various plants, flowers, and shrubs. Familiarity with using power tools safely and effectively in gardening tasks. Strong skills in groundskeeping to maintain clean and attractive outdoor spaces. Ability to irrigate efficiently using various watering systems or methods. Competence in using hand tools for planting, pruning, and other gardening activities.
