Job Description
Summary of Work As a Housekeeper, you will perform housekeeping duties for the Lodging department at the Camp Grafton Training Center in Devils Lake, ND. Duties include providing consistent housekeeping services for a chargeable lodging/housing unit while adhering to safety practices and processes. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list. The position of the Housekeeper is to perform various cleaning for guest and common areas; maintain and restock inventory supplies across the camp locations. The Housekeeper will perform a deep cleaning which may include clean and polish furniture, fixtures and other furnishings, move furniture, dusting, shampoo carpets, wash windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, etc. The Housekeeper will provide check for open windows, maintain key access controls, door security checks and may participate in the training of temporary housekeepers. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license is required; flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Preference will be given to applicants with custodial or facility maintenance experience. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation.
