As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all spaces are spotless, sanitized, and comfortable, creating an inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations. Your dedication to cleanliness and efficiency will directly contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and the smooth operation of our facility. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure health standards are met or exceeded. Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care to preserve their appearance and safety. Handle outdoor work tasks when required, such as outdoor cleaning or trash removal around the property. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs or requests while providing exceptional customer service. Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated periods while maintaining high standards of quality. Ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected following health guidelines; document completed tasks when necessary. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with janitorial or custodial duties within hotels or similar hospitality settings is advantageous. Hands-on experience with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and sanitation procedures. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to heavy lifting and manual handling. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in fast-paced settings. Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving exterior property maintenance or outdoor cleaning tasks.
