Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain hygiene and aesthetics Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Manage outdoor work related to property upkeep when necessary, including outdoor surface cleaning and debris removal Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with housekeeping services Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care methods, carpet cleaning techniques, and janitorial procedures Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and proper use of cleaning detergents Experience in implementing sanitation standards and safety protocols in household or professional environments Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas of properties Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and address their specific requests Join us in creating clean, comfortable living spaces where residents feel valued and cared for!
