Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residents' rooms and throughout the building.Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies and ensure that all areas are well-stocked
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of custodial practices and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
