The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit. Maintain a well-organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with custodial duties in larger facilities or hotel settings as needed. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and products. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during cleaning tasks. Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to various environments.
