$24.40/hr Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Receive, unpack and store incoming tools and equipment following defined processes and procedures Follow general instructions to stock to replenish inventory Follow directions to issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, materials, equipment and other items Maintain accurate inventory of tools and parts by following procedures, entering transactions in the system for new inventory and issuances and returns to departments Assist with performing cycle counts of the parts room and review necessary adjustments with maintenance planner for approval May prepare tool kits per kit work orders under direct guidance Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time with or without a reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Previous Cargill experience Experience in Microsoft Excel Previous production experience Previous Inventory/Maintenance/or Military experience Work history in the last 12 months Ability to use a powered industrial truck (PIT) or eligible to acquire license and maintain the license Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
