About the Role The Patient Experience & Facilities Coordinator is essential to the look, feel, and flow of our clinic. This role blends two things equally: keeping every space in the clinic immaculate, and making our patients feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. You'll be a constant, friendly presence throughout the day — turning over treatment rooms, anticipating what a patient needs before they ask, and ensuring the clinic always looks and smells amazing. No cleaning experience is required — we'll train you on everything, including our surgical suite protocols. What we can't train is a warm, outgoing personality and a strong work ethic, so those matter most. What You'll Do Arrive at 10:30 AM ready to set the tone for the day — clinic clean, organized, and welcoming Greet and attend to patients throughout their visit: offer drinks, blankets, and Kleenex, and look for ways to make their experience extraordinary Promptly turn over treatment rooms after each patient — clean chairs, robes, surfaces, equipment, and floors Keep all common areas immaculate throughout the day: bathrooms, waiting room, hallways, break room, coffee room, entrance glass, and windows Comfortably converse with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients, helping every patient feel at ease and attended to Support the team with room turns, patient comfort items, and any task needed to keep the day running smoothly — always looking for the next thing to do rather than waiting to be asked Assist with light inventory movement as needed Learn our surgical suite cleaning protocols Perform after-hours deep cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, glass and mirror detailing, office cleaning, and full bathroom deep-cleans, leaving the clinic ready for the next day Follow all biohazard protocols — proper disposal per clinic guidelines (full training provided) What We're Looking For Friendly, warm, and genuinely comfortable talking with people you've just met — patients and teammates alike A strong work ethic and self-starter mindset — someone who looks for something productive to do rather than waiting for direction Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish, with the confidence to support patients in either language without an interpreter Comfortable with physical tasks: vacuuming, deep cleaning, bending and kneeling A team-first attitude — our team is hardworking and close, with little patience for finger-pointing, but plenty of humor and genuine care for one another Reliability and follow-through — we're looking for someone building a long-term career with us, not a short-term job No prior cleaning or medical experience necessary — we'll train you on everything from room protocols to biohazard handling Room to Grow This role is a genuine entry point into Imagen, not a dead end.
