Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to ensure surfaces are spotless and sanitized according to health standards Changing of linens and making beds Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and specialized floor care techniques Implement proper manual handling procedures when lifting heavy items or moving furniture to prevent injury Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy and preferences Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel or motel housekeeping, or janitorial services with a focus on detailed housekeeping tasks Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Strong time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Experience with outdoor work or outdoor surface maintenance is a plus Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods preferred Join us if you're motivated to create clean, comfortable living environments!
