We are looking for dependable, hardworking Overnight Facility Associates who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and maintaining a facility that members are excited to return to each day.

THE ROLE

The Overnight Facility Associate is responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and overnight reset of the Traene facility. While the daytime team handles ongoing cleaning and upkeep, overnight staff will be responsible for completing the larger and more thorough cleaning tasks that cannot reasonably be completed during high-traffic hours. This is an active position with a strong focus on cleaning, facility upkeep, and preparing Traene for the following day. You will work independently for much of your shift and are expected to recognize what needs to be done without being asked. Complete major cleaning tasks that cannot be effectively completed during busy daytime hours. Perform thorough nightly cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility. Deep clean fitness equipment, high-touch surfaces, floors, bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and common areas. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility. Clean and maintain lounges, workspaces, hallways, and other common areas. Thoroughly clean areas surrounding the sauna, cold plunge, red-light therapy, tanning, massage, and other wellness amenities. Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility. Restock paper products, soap, and other facility supplies. Follow Traene's cleaning schedules, checklists, and chemical-handling procedures. Address areas that require additional attention after heavy daytime use. Fitness & Pickleball Complete detailed cleaning of fitness equipment and surrounding areas. Keep weights, dumbbells, plates, and accessories organized. Thoroughly clean and maintain pickleball courts and surrounding areas. Reset the fitness and pickleball areas so they are clean, organized, and ready for the following day. Identify and report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety concerns. Overnight Operations Maintain awareness of the facility and follow overnight security procedures. Assist members and guests at the front desk when needed. Check members and guests into the facility when required. Report incidents, maintenance concerns, or incomplete work to management. Ensure Traene is clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next day. What We're Looking For Extremely reliable and dependable. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently. Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties for the majority of the shift. Willing to perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, floors, equipment, courts, and other facility areas. Able to follow cleaning procedures and checklists. Organized and able to prioritize tasks. Comfortable working overnight hours. Honest, responsible, and safety-conscious. Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. The goal isn't simply to clean Traene. Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
