Pike, New Hampshire About The Innstead The Innstead Mountain Getaway is a boutique luxury wellness retreat on 2,000 pristine acres in the White Mountains, at the base of Mt. Moosilauke, 45 minutes from Dartmouth and 2.5 hours from Boston. The property features eight luxury cabins, miles of hiking, skiing, and mountain biking trails, and a newly added sauna and thermal circuit. We're young, we're growing, and we're building a retreat with real intention behind it. Role Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail oriented Luxury Property Housekeeping Specialist to keep our guest rooms, cabins, and communal spaces immaculate. This role centers on full cabin cleaning and turnovers, laundry, and the upkeep of shared guest areas like the lounge, fire pit, and our new sauna and thermal circuit. You'll report directly to the innkeepers.

Your Responsibilities Full cabin cleaning and turnovers between guest stays, finished to a high standard Laundry, including linens and towels for guest rooms and the sauna and thermal circuit Preparing rooms and cabins for arriving guests, from beds to restocking supplies Care of the guest lounge and fire pit area, including building a fire each evening Cleaning and maintaining the sauna and thermal circuit to a spa level standard Working quietly and efficiently around the property so every stay feels seamless, without guests ever sensing the work behind it Who You Are Prior housekeeping experience preferred Self directed, with the initiative to work without close supervision Detail oriented, with pride in a job done right A happy, gregarious personality with a good sense of humor; we're a small, tight knit team and want someone who's genuinely fun to work with A strong communicator Polished and well presented; we're a luxury property, and how our team shows up matters Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 40 lbs A team player willing to help out across multiple areas of the property Able to work the schedule below, including weekends and some holidays Schedule Full time, 5 days per week, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (may change seasonally) Weekends generally required in peak season, with some weekends off during slower periods Two days off per week, which can fall on any day, including Friday or Saturday What We Offer $20/hour Benefits may include health insurance and other employee benefits Room to grow as the Innstead grows: this role isn't set in stone, and we'd love for the right person to take on more across the property, guest experience, or operations over time The Innstead is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
