Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Pollard Brook InnSeason Resort. In this role, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. If needed, Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Ensure all linens and towels are clean and well-stocked for guest use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. If needed, Assist with laundry duties as needed to support housekeeping operations. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is a plus.
