Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Care for flooring through specialized floor care methods including polishing, buffing, or carpet cleaning to restore their appearance and longevity Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stocked, and used safely during each shift Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold sanitation standards and prevent accidents or contamination Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and general housekeeping management Ability to perform detailed tasks such as laundry, upholstery cleaning, and surface disinfection efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus; experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly valued Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless spaces that bring joy to our clients!
