We are currently growing our team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Residential Cleaning Specialist to join us. Our clients expect a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and care. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of treating every client's home with respect. What You'll Do Perform high-quality residential cleaning according to company standards and checklists Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain surfaces Make beds and assist with linen changes when requested Follow specific client preferences and cleaning instructions Properly use cleaning products and equipment, which we provide Protect and respect clients' belongings and personal property Communicate any maintenance concerns, damages, or special requests to the Team Leader Maintain a professional and friendly presence in clients' homes Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail Complete cleaning assignments within established time expectations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented and thorough Trustworthy and respectful Comfortable working in residential homes Able to follow instructions and company procedures Professional and friendly Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the home Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Our Standards We believe great cleaning is about more than making a home look clean. It's about consistency, trust, attention to detail, and creating a great experience for our clients. Our team members are trained on our company cleaning standards and checklists so that every client receives the same level of service. Compensation $18-$22 per hour , depending on experience and responsibilities. Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement are available as our company grows.
