• No additional paid vacation or paid holidays currently offered About the Household A private household in Manalapan Township, New Jersey is seeking an experienced and dependable Part-Time Housekeeper to provide ongoing cleaning, laundry assistance, organization, and light kitchen support.

The household includes two adults and three small dogs. The family recently moved into the home and is looking for someone who can help maintain a clean, organized, and smoothly running household. The ideal Housekeeper will initially learn the family's preferences and routines and then confidently manage their responsibilities independently. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed general housekeeping throughout the home
• Maintain the kitchen, including counters, appliances, floors, dishes, and hand-washed items as needed
• Follow a rotating cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the home are properly maintained
• Assist with household laundry
• Provide light food preparation and kitchen assistance
• Put away groceries and organize food in refrigerators, pantry, and storage areas
• Keep refrigerators, pantry areas, and food-storage spaces clean and organized
• Monitor household cleaning products, pantry staples, and basic food supplies and advise when items need to be replenished
• Periodically clean and organize kitchen drawers, cabinets, pantry areas, and other shared household spaces
• Assist with seasonal organization projects as needed
• Help maintain an orderly, well-functioning home Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, flexible, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.

They should communicate well, be receptive to direction while learning the household's preferences, and then be able to work independently and efficiently. This person should be comfortable around dogs, have strong attention to detail, and naturally notice what needs to be done without requiring ongoing direction. Requirements

• Prior professional housekeeping experience in a private home strongly preferred
• Strong cleaning and organizational skills
• Comfortable assisting with light food preparation and kitchen responsibilities
• Comfortable working around dogs
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Able to follow established household preferences and routines
• Self-directed and able to manage time and priorities independently
• Flexibility to assist with occasional household projects as needed

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Manalapan Township; relocation is not offered
