We are hiring for both weekday cleaning and weekend porter positions. This is a recurring position with a predictable schedule throughout the facility's operating season. Available PositionsWeekday Commercial Cleaner Monday, Thursday 4-hour shifts 8 hours per week $18/hour Weekend Porter Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8-hour shifts 16 hours per week $18/hour Additional hours may become available as the company grows. Responsibilities Depending on your position, responsibilities will include: Cleaning and maintaining common areas and public spaces Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and locker rooms Cleaning showers and restroom areas Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors Cleaning and maintaining bleachers and seating areas Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners Replenishing restroom and custodial supplies Cleaning tables and other common-area surfaces Responding to spills and maintaining the general appearance of the facility Keeping assigned areas clean, safe and organized What We're Looking For The most important qualification is reliability . We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and consistently works scheduled shifts Takes pride in doing a thorough job Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can follow instructions and work independently Can communicate professionally with supervisors and facility staff Has reliable transportation to and from the job site Is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift Can lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Has previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not required) No professional cleaning experience? That's okay. We will train the right person.
