Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00AM-6:30PM | Saturday 3:00PM-7:00PM (occasional later evenings with advance notice) About Our Family We are a warm, loving and busy family in Newark, NJ seeking a reliable, caring, and organized part-time Housekeeper/Nanny to support our household and help care for our wonderful 4 year old toddler son. The Role This is a combined household and childcare position. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment while providing attentive, loving care for our toddler during working hours. The right candidate is equally comfortable in the kitchen and on the floor playing with a child — someone who moves through both responsibilities with ease, warmth, and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities Childcare:

Providing attentive, engaged, and nurturing one-on-one care for our toddler Creating a safe, calm, and emotionally supportive environment throughout the day Age-appropriate play, activities, and engagement during care hours Washing and folding toddler's laundry with care and consistency

Household:

Keeping the home organized, tidy, and running smoothly on a daily basis Full house cleaning once per week Cooking dinner daily using ingredients and recipes provided by the family Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen after meal preparation General household tidying and organization as needed throughout the shift

Requirements Non-Negotiable:

Fluent Spanish speaker — this is required; Spanish is the primary language of communication in this role Basic English communication ability Reliable personal transportation to and from work — you must be able to get yourself to and from our home dependably Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in housekeeping, childcare, or a combined role Strong professional references from at least two previous employers Punctual, dependable, and communicative

A Plus:
