Overview Professional Cleaning Contractor Sunday Cleaning Services is growing, and we are looking for experienced, dependable professional cleaners to join our contractor network and provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, communicate professionally, and understand that every client and property has different needs. Our contractors bring their own professional cleaning experience, supplies, equipment, and transportation while working with us to provide a quality experience for our clients. What you'll do: Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services Complete Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, and other approved cleaning services Pay attention to each client's specific cleaning needs and expectations Maintain professional communication with clients and Sunday Cleaning Services Arrive prepared with the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment Follow service instructions and quality expectations Work safely and respectfully around clients, children, pets, and occupied spaces Complete before-and-after documentation when requested What we're looking for: At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Professional and respectful communication Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Own cleaning supplies and equipment Comfortable working around pets and animals Ability to provide proof of insurance Willingness to complete required screening and contractor paperwork

Compensation:

Contractors receive 60% of the applicable customer service charge for completed services. Customer tips belong entirely to the contractor. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, supplies, equipment, and business expenses. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential and commercial properties, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor areas. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene standards in all spaces. Operate various cleaning equipment and use cleaning detergents effectively to achieve optimal results. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during cleaning projects. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the service provided. Maintain organized records of completed work and adhere to time management principles to meet scheduled appointments efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools. Ability to handle manual tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work with physical stamina. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience in using cleaning detergents safely and implementing proper sanitation procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple client locations. Pay:

$300.00 - $1,600.00 per week
