Clean floors thoroughly using various methods like sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless. Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces, including countertops, appliances, windows, and furniture, with careful attention to detail. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, ensuring the entire property is well-maintained. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or carpet cleaning experience is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals used in household environments. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely when required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
