Responsibilities Perform cleaning of residential and Airbnb properties, including dusting, surface sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work when necessary. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain high-quality results. Maintain excellent client communication by understanding specific needs and providing friendly, professional service. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules promptly while maintaining attention to detail across all tasks. Requirements Basic cleaning knowledge required but no professional cleaning experience is necessay Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Valid drivers license and or vehicle required Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping roles is highly desirable.
