South Jersey | $35/hour | 1099 Independent Contractor We are a growing residential cleaning company serving homeowners throughout South Jersey, and we are looking for reliable, experienced residential cleaners to join our network of cleaning professionals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who already has their own equipment and transportation and wants consistent cleaning opportunities without having to find their own customers. What You'll Do Perform professional residential cleaning services Complete standard, deep, and one-time home cleanings Follow our cleaning checklists and service standards Provide a professional and friendly experience for customers Communicate promptly regarding jobs, scheduling, and any issues that arise Leave each home clean, organized, and ready for the customer

What We're Looking For Required:

At least 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience Your own reliable cleaning equipment and supplies Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Excellent reliability and punctuality Responsive communication — you must be able to respond to messages in a timely manner Ability to work independently without constant supervision Professional and respectful attitude with customers Ability to consistently meet our cleaning standards Compensation $35 per hour This is a 1099 independent contractor position . Cleaners are responsible for providing their own equipment, transportation, and supplies. Cleaning opportunities will be offered based on customer demand, availability, reliability, and performance. Customer Non-Solicitation:

Cleaners may not directly solicit, or accept private cleaning work from customers introduced through Clarity Home Cleaning outside of the company. All customer relationships and bookings must remain through Clarity Home Cleaning. Additional terms regarding customer solicitation and confidentiality will be included in the independent contractor agreement.
