Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Duties Perform housekeeping management tasks to ensure all guest areas are clean and well-maintained. Conduct industrial cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Execute custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Carry out floor care responsibilities including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues. Collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management immediately. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
