Onsite Coordinator Phenix Salon Suites Tinton Falls, NJ Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Facility maintenance painting Client rapport building In-person customer service Administrative experience Paints Room tidying Clean workspace maintenance Light bulb replacement Salon maintenance Full Job Description We are looking for a presentable and energetic individual with a great attitude that has the ability to interact with our tenants and their clients in a professional manner, while not getting too involved with them on a personal level. The candidate must understand the balance between giving great customer service while avoiding the drama that can really damage the environment of our salon. Each tenant runs their own business out of their studio so the candidate will be there to support them if an issue arises but not be involved in their business. There is cleaning involved in this job so please do not apply if that is going to be an issue. This is a beautiful upscale salon with individual suites and the common area will be the responsibility of the candidate. Applicant will NOT be responsible for any cleaning or maintenance inside the occupied suites. That will be the responsibility of the tenants. Candidate will need a cell/smartphone and reliable transportation!
