Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract House Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be working as your own business, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help deliver exceptional service, making every home sparkle. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work efficiently while providing top-tier cleaning services that meet our high standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Travel to and from customers homes using own transportation Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and materials Communicate professionally with clients in english to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Ensure proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting or moving furniture to prevent injury Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and replenish as necessary Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning Must have own transportation Must have own smart phone Must have or purchase own supplies and equipment Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, and sanitation procedures Strong time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes Must purchase business liability insurance Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety protocols Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and work environments Must have availibility during the week, sometimes on short notice Join our team as a Contract House Cleaner and bring your passion for cleanliness and customer satisfaction into every home you serve!
