Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of professional residential cleaning experience on Deep Cleans & Move Cleans Experience with deep cleans, move-in, and move-out cleaning Must be 25 years or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable internet access Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Independent Contractor Requirements Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099) Complete a W-9 before payment is issued Responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes Maintain their own business insurance (required) May accept or decline available jobs based on availability Uses their own cleaning equipment and supplies Preferred Qualifications Experience cleaning luxury/new build homes Window cleaning experience (interior/exterior) Carpet spot treatment knowledge Organization and staging skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What You'll Do Perform detailed deep cleans Complete move-in and move-out cleanings Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, baseboards, blinds, doors, and windows as requested by the client Report damages or maintenance issues immediately to the Company on job sites Upload before-and-after photos Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings Ideal Candidate Reliable, punctual, dependable, and consistent work habits Detail-oriented Professional appearance Friendly with clients Self-motivated Efficient without sacrificing quality Benefits Highly competitive per-job pay Flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) No evenings or weekends Choose the jobs that fit your availability Weekly direct deposit on Fridays Opportunity for consistent work Tips kept by the cleaner Compensation Highly competitive per-job compensation Solo contractors earn 40-50% of the total job price, depending on the size and scope of the project Additional Requirements Maintain a 5-star quality standard Photo ID verification Paid trial cleaning is required before being added to the preferred contractor network Strong English communication skills (or the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management) Contractors are responsible for recleans if areas are missed, and this time is unpaid
