Housekeeping Associate will be three days and Weekend Breakfast Cook will be two days(Saturday and Sunday mornings only). This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied. The hours for the Housekeeping Associate part is 9am-5pm. The hours for the Weekend Breakfast Cook is 5:30am-12pm. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay (plus tips where applicable) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts on hotel stays and services Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities For Breakfast Cook Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints Represent MCHG positively in the community Key Responsibilities For Housekeeping Associate Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas Change linens, make beds, restock supplies Follow all safety and cleaning procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized Provide friendly, professional customer service Work independently and with the housekeeping team Qualifications For Housekeeping Associate Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but no experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays Qualifications For Weekend Breakfast Cook Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation MCHG is an equal opportunity employer .
