Job Description
Key Responsibilities Clean guest rooms and common areas according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities (towels, toiletries, coffee supplies). Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry (bed sheets, towels, table linens, uniforms). Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety guidelines. Report maintenance issues, damage, or supply shortages to management. Refill cleaning carts, restock housekeeping supplies, and maintain organization in storage areas. Assist with occasional special projects (e.g., deep cleaning, seasonal decorating). Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, especially in hospitality. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
