In this vital role, you will supervise students, ensure adherence to school policies, and promote positive behavior while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a supportive atmosphere where students can enjoy their meals and socialize comfortably. Duties Supervise students during lunch periods, ensuring they follow school rules and maintain respectful behavior Enforce school policies related to conduct, safety regulations, and classroom expectations in the lunchroom setting Maintain cleanliness of the lunch area, including cleaning tables, disposing of trash, and ensuring a hygienic environment Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student behavior or safety concerns Follow evacuation procedures and safety regulations in case of emergencies or incidents requiring evacuation or first aid response Qualifications Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and staff Ability to manage conflicts calmly while applying conflict management strategies Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and assist students as needed Prior classroom experience or teaching background is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in making a positive impact on students' daily experiences!
