- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tables while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Familiarity with basic math for order taking and bill processing
- Experience with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
