Job Description

WNW Hospitality is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers at the Best Western Plus in Horseheads, NY.
Position Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities Ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Follow all hotel safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and punctual Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
