Pay and opportunities $20-$35 per hour Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling On-the-job training in our cleaning standards and procedures In-person work at client properties in Ithaca What you will do Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces. Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors. Empty trash and leave each space neat and ready for use. Change bed linens and handle laundry when included in the assigned service. Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions for residential and commercial assignments. Check your work for missed areas and maintain consistent cleaning quality. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy. What we are looking for Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. Knowledge of basic sanitation and floor-care methods. Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned tasks, and respond constructively to feedback.
