WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A friendly and compassionate Environmental Services Aide! As an Environmental Services Aide at St. Johnland, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facility, helping to maintain a safe environment for our residents, visitors, and staff, adhering to infection control policies and all safety protocols. Responsibilities include:

Daily dusting, sweeping vacuuming, and mopping of floors Polishing furniture Cleaning restrooms and trash removal Disinfecting all areas as scheduled Laundry services as needed - Assist in processing resident clothing and linen distribution May also provide assistance to grounds department during inclement weather

WHAT YOU NEED

(Requirements/Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods Frequent bending and walking required Experience in long term care preferred Experience in floor care preferred, but not required One year of similar cleaning experience preferred Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents
