A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, professional 5-day Live-In Housekeeperto become a valued member of their household. This is a primarily housekeeping-focused position with occasional childcare support as needed. The family has a full-time nanny, so childcare is not the primary responsibility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, flexible, and enjoys being part of a collaborative household where everyone pitches in. The family is looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully run home and enjoys creating systems and organizing spaces. Schedule 5-day Live-In position (Must include Saturdays and Sunday) Candidate may choose two weekdays off Family prefers the candidate to leave the home on their days off Approximately 45 hours per week Ideal start date: ASAP Compensation $30-$36/hour for approximately 45 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping (Primary Role - Approximately 40 hours/week) Daily cleaning and maintenance of an approximately 11,000 sq. ft. home Daily kitchen cleaning and upkeep General housekeeping throughout the home, including: Family bedrooms Guest room Living spaces Basement 9 full bathrooms and 3 powder rooms Laundry, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens Weekly deep cleaning tasks Monthly appliance cleaning and maintenance Organizing closets, storage areas, and household spaces Assisting Mom with ongoing organizational projects and creating efficient household systems Managing and prioritizing housekeeping duties independently while collaborating with Mom on scheduling and workflow Occasional Childcare (Approximately 5 hours/week) Assist with supervising the children as needed Be an extra set of hands when the nanny is unavailable or when Mom needs assistance Comfortable engaging with young children in a safe and caring manner Requirements 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in private homes Excellent organizational skills Comfortable with occasional childcare Driver's license is not required, though it is a plus Self-motivated and able to manage priorities independently Team player with an "all hands on deck" mentality Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn the family's preferences Kind, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy household with young children Comfortable around dogs (no regular pet care required, though occasional feeding may be requested if no one is home) With Grace values their nannies and strives to match them with fulfilling and rewarding placements.
