Full-Time Housekeeper / Nanny Port Washington, NY | Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-7:30 PM | $25-$30/hour Position Summary A family in Port Washington, NY is seeking a dependable and caring Full-Time Housekeeper / Nanny to help manage the home during the day and care for their three boys after school.

Position Type:

Long-term, full-time This is a hybrid role that begins with housekeeping and organization and transitions into childcare in the afternoon. ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Home Support From approximately 11:30 AM-3:30 PM , responsibilities will focus primarily on maintaining and organizing the home.

Duties will include:

General cleaning and upkeep Washing dishes and maintaining the kitchen Laundry Folding and putting away clothing Household organization Keeping common areas neat and orderly Helping the home stay organized and running smoothly After-School Childcare At approximately 3:30 PM , the focus of the position will shift to the family's three boys.

Responsibilities will include:

Picking the children up from their local school Safely driving them home Supervising and caring for them after school Preparing and serving snacks Helping them with anything they need during the afternoon Engaging with and supervising the children at home Maintaining a safe, calm, and organized environment until the parents return Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Warm and comfortable around children A capable and thorough housekeeper Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to transition easily between household work and childcare A safe and confident driver Looking for a stable, long-term position Requirements Candidates must have: At least 2 years of professional housekeeping and childcare experience A valid U.S. driver's license A clean driving record Strong professional references Basic conversational English skills Perfect English is not required . The candidate simply needs to be able to understand instructions and communicate clearly in basic everyday conversations. Compensation & Benefits $25-$30/hour , depending on experience.
