Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. A commitment to providing high-quality service in a hotel or similar environment is highly valued.
