Responsibilities Greet and assist guests or visitors arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards Conduct janitorial and custodial duties across various areas of the facility, ensuring a hygienic environment Execute floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and maintenance to preserve flooring quality Maintain facilities by performing routine custodial maintenance and addressing minor repairs or issues promptly Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards Document completed tasks and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices Experience with facilities maintenance or porter responsibilities is advantageous Familiarity with residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards This role offers an energetic work environment where your skills in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service will shine.
