HOTEL TEAM MEMBERS

Suite Hospitality Management | Syracuse, NY Suite Hospitality Management is hiring for multiple positions at our three Holiday Inn Express hotels in the Syracuse, NY area! We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and guest-focused team members who take pride in providing excellent hospitality and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment. OPEN POSITIONS

Assistant General Manager — Help lead daily hotel operations, support staff, maintain guest satisfaction, and assist with achieving property goals. Housekeeping Supervisor — Lead and support the housekeeping team, inspect rooms, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient daily operations. Front Desk Agent — Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, manage reservations, and provide outstanding customer service. Public Area Cleaner — Keep lobbies, hallways, public spaces, and other hotel areas clean, organized, and presentable. Housekeeping Room Attendant — Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest. Maintenance Technician — Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot building and equipment issues, and help keep the hotel safe, functional, and well maintained.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for team members who are: Reliable and responsible Professional and friendly with guests and coworkers Able to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and committed to quality Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed Experienced in hospitality or hotel operations when applicable Management and supervisory positions require relevant hotel or leadership experience.
