Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively across various surfaces and materials Clean floors using specialized techniques for carpet care, tile, hardwood, or other flooring types Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces including countertops, appliances, fixtures, and outdoor areas when applicable Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with proper manual handling techniques Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in Spanish (preferred) Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier cleaning services in a lively environment!
