A Maid or Housekeeping Staff provides cleaning and housekeeping services, primarily for rooms and bathrooms in hotels and hospitals. May also work in private residences, office buildings, colleges, other institutions.

Position Summary:
The Facilities Cleaning team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the ski lodge and surrounding areas. This guest-facing role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping assigned areas clean and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain restrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, locker rooms, fitness facilities, and other assigned spaces. Assist with guest area setups, breakdowns, and special events. Restock supplies and maintain storage areas. Remove trash and transport waste to designated dumpsters. Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Provide friendly guest assistance and address minor issues as needed. Follow safety procedures, timekeeping policies, and department standards. Maintain equipment and a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Cleaning, maintenance, or janitorial experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills. Comfortable interacting with guests and coworkers. Able to work efficiently in busy, fast-paced environments.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for up to 10 hours. Work on uneven, snowy, or icy terrain. Climb stairs and ladders. Regularly push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
