Essential Functions:

Responsible for the direct cleaning of the Kohl Family YMCA, such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, picking up trash/spills, etc., floor cleaning and maintenance, in all areas of the Y.Follows cleaning checklist for all areas of the building on a daily basisResponsible for communicating and submitting to supervisor inventory and supplies needed to maintain the buildingOrganize, clean and maintain storage area for the cleaning supplies and equipmentMaintain a clean and positive image along with YMCA attire/uniformMaintain communication with all staff via in person and / or through work orders that are developedInteract with staff and members in a positive manner and create a team atmosphereDevelop an understanding and commitment to the Annual CampaignOther duties as assigned by the Properties Manager and/or

Executive Director Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate verbally to groups and individualsMust be able to physically perform scope of jobMust possess some degree of computer literacy

Clean and attractive buildingAdd to the creation of a Properties Department that accomplishes the goals and objectives of the YMCA and operates efficientlyComplete all other jobs as assigned by Supervisor
