Housekeeper Job Overview:
LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring dependable Housekeepers to support hotels, senior living communities, healthcare facilities, and other hospitality environments. This is a temporary, on-call position ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, and take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assigned areas, replenishing supplies, changing linens, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness while representing LGC professionally at client locations.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to client standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and room amenities Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect assigned areas Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned work areas Restock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to supervisors Safely operate housekeeping equipment and properly use cleaning chemicals Maintain organized housekeeping storage areas and supply rooms Follow all client-specific cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work

Requirements:
Previous housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards Reliable transportation to various job sites Flexible schedule (daytime shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed) Professional appearance and dependable attendance
