00 per hour, paid per job Full Care Cleaning Services is growing, and we're looking for an established residential cleaning crew of 2-3 people who already work together. This is not an individual hire — please only apply if you have an existing team you clean with regularly. We're looking for a true residential rock star crew that shows up polished, professional, and ready to make a great first impression in every home we service.

Requirements:
  • Must apply as a team of 2-3 people who currently clean together
  • Reliable transportation for the crew
  • Ability for all members to pass a background check
  • Strong, proven residential cleaning experience as a team
  • Professional appearance and communication — first impressions matter
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are a plus
