Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to meet guest expectations Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and inviting Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is preferred Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Join us in creating welcoming spaces where every guest feels valued!
